SHIPPING POLICY

 All in-stock products will ship out within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times.

 

The Project Powerstroke Guarantee: We will always do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as humanly possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 60 days after delivery. Products not returned within the 60-day timeframe are ineligible for a refund or exchange. Please complete email us at Myprojectpowerstroke@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Restocking Fees

 There is a 10% restocking fee applied to ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days.  

There is a 20% restocking fee applied to ALL refunds for cancellations and or returns from 31-60 days.

 No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted beyond 60 days.

There are NO returns on special order or powder-coated items. If you are unsure, please reach out for verification.

Return Process

You will need to ship the product back with tracking (return shipping is not covered by Project Powerstroke). Once the item is received back, it will be inspected. If everything is in order, we will issue your refund.

Please ensure the following:

Write your order number clearly on the outside of the box so we can confirm the refund is applied to you.

Send the product back in the original packaging it was received in.

Return shipping address will be provided

Important Return Policy Notes

 Custom Tuning Files & Tuners: Returns are not accepted once these products have been opened, as they become locked to the vehicle and cannot be reused.

 Installed Parts: Unless proven defective, we cannot accept returns on parts that have already been installed.

 Custom & Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made or personalized are not eligible for return.

 Condition of Returned Products: If a product is returned with damage, missing components, or signs of alteration, Project Powerstroke reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Project Powerstroke does not cover costs associated with shop labor or installation fees.
