The XDP HD Replacement Up-Pipe Assembly XD218 is a direct-fit replacement for the leaking up-pipes in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The up-pipes in your Super Duty take the exhaust gasses from the exhaust manifolds and bring them up to spool the turbocharger. Due to the location and the type of bellows used on the stock up-pipes, they are often prone to failure. A failed bellow is a common cause of exhaust leaks. These power-robbing exhaust leaks reduce the effectiveness of the turbo, which results in a loss of engine performance, efficiency, and vehicle drivability.
 
This 6.0 Up-Pipe Assembly is a bolt-on, OER+ design and installs using the factory gasket, fasteners, and clamps (not included). Each unit is built from stainless steel with heavy-duty bellows to provide durability and long service life in your F-250/350/450. The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
